Problem
Iris is a premium apartment community that has one unique architectural feature - Sky Island atop 45th floor, that connects the three towers of the building. The challenge was to launch the project by making Sky Island the anchor of the advertising communication.
Analysis
After observing the market trends, we understood that not much innovation happened in the real estate industry when it comes to project launches. Most of the companies put out full renders of their projects to show the magnificence without a thought behind it. We wanted to create something different.
